Hacking SD Card Help

So I had a few legit cias installed on my 3ds but I messed up the firmware trying to downgrade and had to restore but, before I restored I removed my sd card with all of the games on it, but I tried to put the sd card back in and nothing shows up I had used OOTHax but that got patched in 11.0 so I don't want to buy Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon cause I don't want to spend $40 all of the games are backed up on the sd card, How come they won't show up?

If you format it, it will use a different Nintendo 3DS folder, which is encrypted so you are out of luck.

putting them in a different folder won't do as it uses a different encryption

I just looked my sd card is the same way it was before I formatted

Is there any way I can homebrew it without buying something I have power saves, and Legend of Zelda OOT
