Hardware SD card Dead how to prepare a new one?

Hi guys, maybe it will be a stupid question, but is dead my SD card, my Switch is in RCM mode. How could I let the new SD card works I prefer Firmware 9.2 pls

Guys I have follow this guide, but the Switch folder have only 1 file

Format to fat32. Grab a .zip from sdsetup.com, and extract it to the new card. Inject the payload.

you can hold the power button for like12~18 seconds and it’ll shut off. Then you can boot normal. Unless you did autoRCM (which is a bad idea, in my book. You’ve tainted your sysnand, if you did that).

Ty, I have download Kosmos-v15.4 and I have found all I need, tomorrow I try to install game like Animal crossing to see if I need some patch.
