Hacking SD Card Clutter

(I can't find the option to rename this thread so I apologize)
Hey Guys,

I've been going semi-wild experimenting with CFW, Plugins, and much more on my 3DS. Recently, I've been having trouble with using cheat codes via CTRPF. I've downloaded the file onto my SD card, and put some txt files with cheats into the "cheats" folder on my SD root. Am I missing something? I would really appreciate a step-by-step guide for this or something similar. Thanks Guys!

They have to be inside like this: <root>/cheats/<titleid>/<name>.txt, btw, what are you trying to use the cheats with? NTR or Luma 9.0?
