Hacking scrubbed iso

hi, i am looking into the backup loader but have one question

i have found a reliable download link - but what does it mean when it says is is a scrubbed iso?

its compressed, been scrubbed to a smaller size, e.g. 700mb instead of 4.7gb, soon as you extract it it will go back to 4.7gb. Its just that scrubber removes all the unnecessary data, then reproduces it when you extract

Saves your download limits or time taking to download torrents.. hehe

Garbage data in the Iso is wiped and replaced with zeros. Only matters for archival purposes to save a bunch of space, long strings of zeros can be compressed, random garbage data cannot.
