I've just owned my NDS Lite for a couple of months now, but as i didn't use any screen protector it is now quite badly scratched, even though i only used the stylus (thanks a lot, Nintendo Touch Golf, lol). I've been searching for solutions on this and by reading older posts in the forum, i got a bit confused. How many parts does the touch screen consist of, and which one exactly do i need to replace? Other than the scratches everything else works fine, so i guess i don't have to replace the entire screen, right? So, do i have to get one of these, or something else?

Do you think a scratch removing product would do the trick? I've tried the toothpaste solution, but it didn't work.

You just need to replace the touchscreen part (SKU 3245 works fine).
Check the video tutorial by supermodchips here.
Scratch removal products don't seem to work very well as the screens are quite hard.
