ROM Hack scratch for gba

hello, i want to ask, if there is a scratch like program, with that you can program little gba homebrew games

The closest thing you got to that is HAM, which has been out of date for 11 years now. Even then, you program that in C, not the simple drag and drop of Scratch.

Yes. It's called Usenti. I don't remember where I got it. You could probably snoop arpund gbadev.org to see if you can find it
