Hacking SCL Game Save work is R4

Hi, i'm thinking of getting a R4. Currently i'm using SCL with Sandisk 1GB. I read from R4 spec that it support clean rom drag and drop and i wonder will R4 be able to run the my patched game and save from my SCL?

You can convert SC saves (and most other kinds) with this program. It's also included on the disc that comes with the R4.
