Hacking savegame installer/extractor with backups

I'd really like to be able to use the game save installer/extractor with a backup. Is itpossible to get this to work without a mod chip? I need to use installer/extractor because it decrypts the file making it usable with the animal crossing save editors. Any help is extremely appreciated. Thank you

Use FE100 to unpack the bin... edit it with ACtoolkit, then repack it and transfer it to your Wii.
