Hacking savegame installer/extractor with backups

I'd really like to be able to use the game save installer/extractor with a backup. Is itpossible to get this to work without a mod chip? I need to use installer/extractor because it decrypts the file making it usable with the animal crossing save editors. Any help is extremely appreciated. Thank you

    @Xdqwerty, If you're concerned about your safety you should think about carrying one with you, it's pretty dangerous though so I'd only use it as a last resort.

    I think the best way to make it work is to construct my terrain out of triangles and then delete those tris in my "deletion area"

    From there I could just connect the tris surrounding the deletion area to the area
