Hacking Savedata from a bricked switch

Hi, my switch (5.1.0) is bricked because of a fake payload (reiNX 2.1 with sigpatch) and i want tranfert my data to a new one.
I've make backup of the content of user and system partition with hacdiskmount and found a tuto with the use of pegaswitch.

At the end of the tuto, on my 4.0.1 switch, when in tried to launch pegaswitch with Facebook connected to a linux server, the switch says than i have to update his firmware before.

What's the problem? Do you know another method to transfert my data?

I have another new Switch in 5.1.0 with fakenews installed and i can connect it to the pegaswitch server but the commands don't work (i think is because pegaswitch don't work with 5.1.0).
I want transfert to one of those two consoles nevermind wich one. Thank you

Hmm, I can't help you with savedata restoration but where did you get a fake payload? I have one that works... Hopefully not the same one, but hey if you restore your console I'm sure I could lead you to the real deal through PM.

Dude how was your switch bricked after the tx os cracked fiasco? you didnt do a backup when that happened?
