ROM Hack Save Viewer for VC Games?

I've been playing the VC version of Pokemon Silver and I started to think of how there are save editors for various generations of Pokemon game, and what I was wondering is if there is some kind of 3DS application to access and modify VC save files?

you can rip the saves using godmode9, edit the saves and then reinject them.
