Are there any USB loaders for vwii that allow save and load states for wii games?

Your best bet is using a savegame manager to move and store saves.

I dont have a clue if dolphin has that ability,someone else can clear it up,but AFAIK you cant save states on a Wii game.

Dolphin can save game states, but I've never heard of it for a Wii.
