Hacking save online mode for games important for the future

Hi ~ maybe some players remeber wii lost online mode when nintendo turn off servers / services.
Can some users try to save the online mode for the future ¿? like wii for games like mario kart a many others
or try to .. redirect a local host via pc modding games and don´t go => nintendo servers offline, we know nintedo switch is the lastest console, we don´t know when nintendo turn off services for this wii u, thanks you for reading this.

Why even worry about it at this stage?? Nintendo has said that the WiiU servers will be on until 2020 at the earliest.

Even if, the games will most likely be on switch, or is this just to avoid paying for the online services?
