Homebrew Save manager problem with O3DS

I have some problem with save extract save file with my japanese O3DS. I use the recente revive Broswerhax with my console, i try to extract the save file from my games but when i use the save manager it freeze on red bottom screen and i force to restart. So i try the JKS save editore, the homebrew one, and same thing happen. The only game when i don't have this problem is Pokémon Shuffle but when i try to extract the save form Inzuma Eleven GO Galaxy and Fire Emblem if the homebrew is stuck on red bottom screen. So is a problem of the homebrew? Or is the method i try to use for access? At the moment i don't have any another method for access to the homebrew luncher.

JKs save editor freeze at the point to export the save file. The generic save manager instand works 100%, with the limit of browserhax (some times crash) but still work perfectly. Thanks for your help ^O^
