Hacking Save files problem

Hi.
I played some games today and of course saved the progress. The roms' name were like "trm-ytag.nds" and I decided to change them to be like the game's name. Example: trm-ytag.nds -> "Yoshi touch and go.nds".
Now it doesn't recognise the save files. What should I do ?

PS: SuperCard DS One with latest OS.

Find the sav files on the mem card and name them exactly like the roms but with .SAV extension.

They will look something like gamenam~.sav, you'll work it out
