Okay, I have a few more questions, this time about save files.

I've started a GBA game on my computer, and I want to copy the save file over to my M3. However, the game itself won't save, and I can only save with the emulators save functions. Is there a way to copy this over?

My second question involves NES games. I'm using the nesDS emulator. I want to play EarthBound Zero, but the game freezes at the file select screen. So I was thinking maybe I could start the game on the computer, use the emulator's save function to get a save file, and copy it onto the M3. Would this be possible?

Dunno about your first question, but for the second issue, that's exactly how you fix the problem. Save on an NES emulator for the computer and copy the *.srm file over. You may need to change the file extension to *.sav depending on the version of NES DS you're using.
