Hacking Save Compatibility

I have about 50+ save files for games that I've been playing on and off on my R4, and I was just wondering if I'd have to convert the saves to be compatible with my Acekard 2i when get it or not.

So would they need to be converted? I remember having to do that with my G6Lite saves once upon a time.

use AKAIO, and set save type to .sav

Yup. I did that, ALL saves from my R4 working perfectly.

No need to convert. AKAIO has native support for any size of save file as long as you have the right SAV Option Enabled. There is .nds.sav for people who have used the Official Acekard FW and .sav for everyone else. Set yours to .sav and you're good to go.
