Hacking Same game, different banner. Would the save work?

Well I got the old SSB wad file ages ago when there was no banner hacking so I still have the old sin and punishment appearance. I'm curious to know if I back up my save, un install the S&P ssb game, install ssb w/ a banner, then putting my save back on, would it work? If not, would there be any way I could get it to work though hacking?

Chances are it will be a different ticket. If it has the Sin & Punishment banner, then it probably uses the Sin & Punishment ticket. If the new one has a custom banner, I can almost guarentee it has a new ticket...
