Hacking Sakura 1.12+ Cheat menu switches help

in Sakura 1.35 you could modify the Switches to toggle cheats in message.000
SUR_CheatSwitch=Cheat Switch
SUR_CheatSwitch0=Off
SUR_CheatSwitch1=On/Off[Sel+←/→]
SUR_CheatSwitch2=Always On
SUR_CheatSwitch3=Instant Codes

but in Sakura 1.12+, does anybody know where those switches resides?

It's in the setupnds.ext file.

As Densetsu said it was hardcoded so in order to modify them it was necessary to hexedit the files. "Swapping" them around won't be easy if that's what you want to do, since the space to type each sentence is extremely limited.

what I wanted to do is add the SUR_CheatSwitch3=Instant Codes or replace the existing SUR_CheatSwitch2=Always On to make it become SUR_CheatSwitch3=Instant Codes
to iSakura 1.12+ so that it could use that function.

I found the Cheat Switch, Off , Switch On ,Always On (TEXT) in setupnds.ext, but where do I find the
SUR_CheatSwitch2?

Update; so, there's no way of changing the SUR_CheatSwitch1 or SUR_CheatSwitch2 to SUR_CheatSwitch3 without the source codes???
