Hacking SafeCTRTransfer Failed

Just to clarify something.

Q. Why .SHA gone?
A. @d0k3 the software creator said SafeCTRTransfer modified original 2.1.0 CTRNAND in the process which made .SHA no longer match the modified image. So the software deleted it.

Q. Why CTR Transfer failed in preparation & Decrypt9WIP reported SysNAND Read Error?
A. It's either OP's 3DS's hardware problem or the new CTR Transfer's incompatibility to unique hardware.
OP should try 20161113 or earlier Decrypt9WIP for maximum compatibility.

tried it & even couple of older releases all fail at 49% i now have no doubt that it's :

OK.....use Luma3DS & MSET instead of A9LH.
If 7.0.5's Luma3DS.dat doesn't work, use 6.3.1's Luma3DS.dat + 7.0.5's arm9loaderhax.bin.
(Luma3DS.dat is a redirection file now. It redirects to arm9loaderhax.bin. But since both MSET and Boot Managers don't support directly booting arm9loaderhax.bin, we should still use the Luma3DS.dat.)

1. Download Luma3DS 7.0.5 from Luma3DS official site.
2. Extract arm9loaderhax.bin and Luma3DS.dat to 3DS SD root.
3. Extract Luma3DS.nds to NDS Flash Cart's SD.
4. Run NDS Flash Cart -> Luma3DS.nds, choose "6.X"
5. System Settings -> Profile -> DS Profile to boot Luma3DS

Hourglass9 is A9LH only.
Use Decrypt9WIP/GodMode9 instead.

1. Put GodMode9.dat on 3DS SD root.
2. Run GodMode9.NDS and choose "6.X".
3. DS Profile booting GodMode9.dat.
4. Choose [0:] SDCARD -> Your FBI.cia/BigBlueMenu.cia -> CIA image options -> Mount image to drive -> Press A on ".app" file -> NCCH image options -> Inject to H&S
5. Re-run Luma3DS.NDS to make the DS Profile boot Luma3DS.dat

@MelonGx is there anyway i can restore the H&S app ? it's corrupted after i injected it with fbi now when i click on it says system error plus there is no fbi icon showing up. i tried bigbluemenu & it's doing the same.

@MelonGx please ignore the above reply,i didn't realize i needed to run Luma for FBI to show up ( silly me )

by the way can i use sysupdater & 3DNus to update the firmware from 6.3 to 9.2 or is this not possible ?

Luma doesn't allow you to run Sysupdater.
Use it with a Pasta-like CFW.
