ROM Hack .s14 files?

I've been extracting and viewing various files using Tahaxan and a couple other tools. While I've gotten a lot from the sdat, I cannot get most of the event or battle voice clips through sdat extraction. I can't find any tools that will do anything helpful to the files these particular voice clips are in, which is .s14 format. Is there any way to convert .s14 into anything after extracting it?
