You mean you were able to boot into emunand with this method?

No, I said I was still having the issue where I would get "Preparing HOME Menu..." and then it would throw me an error.

It's okay. I had a NAND backup that I was able to restore so it was all good.

Sweet! i have a nand backup as well but emunand. Anyway what is your browser version? Beacuse i think mine is not working because of the browser. ( i have 2DS with 6.0 ) sysnand so that might be a problem too xD See:

Both my sysNAND and emuNAND are using the 9.2 O3DS web browser.

I changed to the nightly linuxares sent me, and this time instead of giving me an error after the "Preparing HOME Menu" message, I get a black screen.
I'm gonna restore the backup and try sysUpdater this time.
