What do you mean by blank game cards?

Apart from just buying one of those cheap ass 3-4$ cards which do their job just fine, I don't know if something like that is possible.
From where would you load them if not from the flashcard on an NDS ? It doesn't have SD cards like the DSi/3DS

Well in my country they sell for more then £7-£10

To the OP: We'd like to apologise for bumping this post. RIGHT? Anyways, you can run some NDS ROMs from the SD Card on a 3DS using TWLoader. With the DS and DSi, it's unfortunately impossible without a flashcard.
SRLoader's entire purpose is to run DS games from the sd card (and be a GB launcher), whether or not it's usable depends on if a user has an exploitable DSiWare title. And if they don't then they have the option of hardmodding to inject an exploitable game into their nand, or wait for the rumored DSi exploit to be released.
