OK, here is what I want to do
Run NeoDS on the Android DS Emulator Drastic. I have a Windows Computer. Under Drastic, in the FAQ Section under
Does DraStic support Homebrew Games
Yes. If you want to play a Homebrew Game that uses the DLDI filesystem, see 'Instructions' for explanations

Needless to say, the Instructions are for if you are running Linux. Need to know how to create a drastic_dldi.img, and run NeoDS. If needed, need to know how to add the .neo Roms into NeoDS so it they will run in it.
Reason I am asking: There are no Arcade Emulators that run Homebrew/Hacked Roms. I was able to get them made and running on NeoDS, so I am trying to get it running on my GPD XD.
Also, in case there is a Rooted Directions, the GPD is Supposed to be Rooted, but apparently is not because I can not access/write anything to the Root Directory

    @Xdqwerty, Hmm, I don't have any Android device so I can't help with that. I'm not sure how good Opera is on Android though, there are probably better browsers out there, I'm not super informed. Anyway yeah, Reddit is kinda wonky on this stuff. Maybe the problem is on Reddit's
