Old thread and all, but would anyone happen to know where/how maps are delineated in the RF4S PC MapOre_Rate.bin file or if I should even be looking to determine that in that file? I'd like to set Platinum to be mineable in Sechs Territory and Leon Karnak; I know that within the file in HxD, "3x 03" corresponds to ore types, but I don't know how those ore types are set within the maps with ore nodes available or anything.
