Rumor: List of Games to Appear at E3?

I originally wasn't going to post this because I thought this was fake. But this list appeared a few days ago, but on the list it had listed Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood from Ubisoft so I'm beginning to think this list is real. But again, it could be a fluke so I'll still label it as a rumor.

Anyways, where's KH BBS, P3P and so many others? Remember they also show new games that come out in a nearby date!
Why SO many games with HD in their names? Remember we aren't in the SNES era where every game was "super"!
Mass Effect Collection, Mass Effect 3 AND Dragon Age II?
Mario Kart Wii 2?
Why would Atlus show Demon's Souls II if they weren't the original publisher? Not to mention they didn't develop it!
Where's Pokemon Black and White?
DJ Hero 2? After DJ Hero's failure?
Blue Dragon 2 & Lost Odyssey 2? yeah right!
Shouldn't Castlevania: Harmony of Despair be there?
And The 4 Warriors of Light too!

To be honest I think it's fake, we might get some of those @ E3, but not all of them, many seem too far from reality as we know it!

2. Blizzard games are shown at Blizzcon not E3
3. Why is every game on there either one that's been announced already or an existing franchise with a 2/3/HD slapped on? No one got any new games this year?
4.SMT: Online came out several years ago
5. Lost Odyssey 2 is gonna be hard to make with the studio working on Last Story, and what with the games ending

I would like to see the reasoning behind making Mass Effect 3 being a sony exclusive after it had developed such a great following on the 360, especially considering that Mass Effect 3 has already been confirmed for a microsoft console, whether it is the 360 or the successor (though probably on the 360).
