While im not going to comment on this list as I think its fake... It's a shame to see all this false information. Anyone under the moon can develop a game; the only important part is who publishes it. The publisher can give away the games if they so choose regardless of the devs alignment. A fine example of this would be Sony and Sucker Punch (Sly/inFAMOUS)

Sony acquired them on Aug 2nd, but they gave away inFAMOUS via welcome back prior to this date. They also did a house party promotion featuring this game prior to this date and a subway promotion prior to this date.

2 & 3 were my favorite ones, 4 wasnt too bad either. i'll take any of those.
