Even though Capcom made Minish Cap, Nintendo owns the rights to the Zelda/Link franchise, so it isn't quite farfetched to imagine that game being on the list.
Yeah, this isn't as complicated as dealing with Donkey Kong games made by Rare.

Besides, you're forgetting that Zelda Four Swords is coming to DSiWare for free, and that was Capcom developed.

Thus far, none of the confirmed games have been second or third party games, so this list is already in question. Capcom developed Minish Cap, and Game Freak developed Pokemon. Nintendo would need to get the rights of those games from the original developers and pay royalties. Something these other parties may not be willing to do for free.

I also seriously doubt that Nintendo would ever put a cash cow like Pokemon anywhere for free. This list shouldn't be trusted, nor should any other unless confirmed directly by Nintendo.
This, and I highly doubt Nintendo is going to modify WarioWare: Twisted! to take advantage of the 3DS gyroscope. It's in Nintendo's interest to not invest money into something they are offering for free. Sounds like a fantasy wish list, other than the games that are officially announced.

Looks fake to me. How insane would it be for them to include the Mother series?

I think if they put MOTHER 3/1+2 (in English) for the GBA games... EARTHBOUND FANS WOULD REJOICE AND RAGE. Because half of them will have to miss out.

Pokémon Emerald can't even be finished without multiplayer. There's no way this list is true.

I expect the other 10 games to be pretty subpar games at best. Why else would they only announce 10 out of 20 games when the entire package is intended to regain the trust of the people who bought the 3DS at a higher price?

My take -

Super Mario Bros. 2 - This is probably the least favorite Mario game of anybody.
Kid Icarus - Possible with Uprising.
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link - Highly unlikely given Zelda i already there.
Kirby’s Adventure - Possible.

Pokemon Emerald - Nintendo would never give Pokemon away for free.
The Legend Of Zelda: The Minish Cap - Highly unlikely due to Capcom codevelopment and the fact that Zelda is already there.
Kirby And The Amazing Mirror - Seems to be contradicted by recent retractions. We'll probably get a kirby game on one of the two sytems though.
Super Mario Ball - Never released in the US, don't see why they would do it now.
WarioWare Twisted (Up To Date 3DS Motion Controls) - Would love this, but it's unlikely with WW already being there.

So yeah, this is a wish list. You'd think anybody would know better then just quote some random forum post.

ok you can tell it's fake by Pokemon Emerald.
1. They could make millions off of it.
2. It will only be available to ambassadors
3. They never release a main pokemon games on the online store..

Not necessarily true.
Pokemon Snap is available on the Wii Shop Channel.
All "True" Pokemon games so far have only been available on handhelds. This is the first generation of Nintendo handheld that has Virtual Console. So this is Nintendo's first chance of releasing the RPGs as a Virtual Console title. Don't be so quick to assume something which remains uncertain.

I think that his main focus was the fact that Nintendo might be distributing the game for free. That is a surefire way to lost a ton of money.

nintendo have said that they have no plans to release those games to non ambasadors at the moment
but nintendo will most likely release those games later when the bugs are ironed out for a price

My life will be complete if this was real. lol
Emerald alone would make up for me not getting any other games.

But I doubt its real.
Minish cap was developed by Capcom IIRC..

It is obviously FAKE. Releasing Pokemon Emerald for free or even for a paid download is a shot in black& white's foot.

And I won't even speak about the source of this list. They would say anything under the cover of "rumor" and anonymous sources to get visit.

That's another reason why I think it's fake.

When have they ever had the chance to re-release main Pokemon games on an online store? This is the first time they're offering a Virtual Console for handheld games.

But N3DSB is a fucking piece of terrible shit and their source is some reader of their blog. I wouldn't say to take this with a grain of salt, I'd say to call for the waiter and ask for a refund. The list is probably just guess work at most.
