Well it's good to see that they're adding updates for physical Nintendo 3DS games.

You can already scan QR codes from the internet with the 3DS, they need not update the 3DS for that.
It's in the lame-camera app when you just press R or L from the home menu.

You got a SpotPass notification saying this? Sweet. It looks like this will be a firmware update worth looking forward to!
It's nice when you figure out about things like this just a little before they come out, cause then you don't have to die waiting forever.

It wasn't a regular spotpass notification but you can find it if you check the eShop, it's in the news section.
It says that due to maintenance the eShop will be unavailable from 16:00 UTC until 23:00 UTC.

DLC isn't the same as game updates.

DLC is optional.
Updates are not (at least for multiplayer).

I guess that if they release gamebreaking fixes (Maka Wuhu FTW) as DLC no one (I mean the cheaters) will update.
They really NEED to set some kind of mandatory update system.

He's just defending Nintendo in case it doesn't get fixed.

Hm, that sounds the most logical thing to do, to upgrade the 3DSes while upgrading the E-Shop. But, I'm not going to hold my breath just yet. All will be brought to light in two days or more. ^.^

ha, my spring break starts the 23rd.
As for the MK7 glitches, Nintendo can fix them. They should fix them. So what if they have to delete some ghost data on the glitched tracks? I hope the update really does happen soon; that'd be a nice surprise!

No a NON ambassador CAN NOT dream... it's not allowed...(Nintendo said so.... and we always listen to N) In fact you should NOT even be allowed to sleep or even THINK about it.

we elite ambassadors paid $80.+ so that people like YOU can NOT dream. PERIOD, THE END, FIN, whallah. If ya wanted the games you should have coughed up the bread on day 1 like the rest of us idiots...[read as Nintendo Faithful Supporters].

I will be one pissed off MF if they release the rest of those ambassadore games.... those games were given to increase the value of the console, to those who paid more, ( we were already screwed by Walmart when they dropped trough er I mean price too early and gave those [games] away to those who DIDN'T pay the Abmassador fee difference... if they finally release them all, then there goes that value down the drain... and ME as a repeat customer to boot. I already have two other conditions in place for which if these conditions are met I will sell all my (3) DS's and not look back. Both of which would be inexcusable for Nintendo to do. HINT One involves Fire Emblem not making it to the EU AND US...
