Only if they are made with either RPG Maker 2000 or RPG Maker 2003 (which are one of the older RPG Maker Engines while still being quite popular with lots of great games)
There is the EasyRPG application for 3DS

The Game you want to play is made with RPG Maker VX Ace, which is not possible.

So also games made with MV are also not compatible. Dang, i cant play my rpg

Games made with XP aren't compatible either so I can't play Ao Oni
