Hacking Rosalina menu wont appear

Hello i recently installed cfw on my 3ds old using boot9strap with the flipnote studio exploit i check the system settings and it says SYS so i know it worked and i can get to the Luma config and launch godmode 9 but rosalina menu will not open i tried the normal release and the hourly and it never opens not at the homescreen or at Download Play i follow the tutorial on 3dshacks guide the part im reading that wont work is this part
Section III - Homebrew Launcher

1. Launch the Download Play application
2. Press (L) + (Down) + (Select) at the same time to open the Rosalina menu

I cant open Rosalina and thats why im asking

ya. but no where does OP explicitly state any buttons are broken on their console.

Is what you wrote...And I have corrected you with the statement that the Analog Stick doesn't work. Not more or less.

There are shared config.bin files you can borrow although they're dependent on Luma3DS version.

Check my gm9 script CTRTransfer (Type D9). It has the ability to Rosalina inject Homebrew Launcher into Nintendo 3DS Camera.

If one requires removing the injection, you'll have to delete smdc:/luma/config.bin and redo Luma startup settings.
I could update the script later to include other system titles and homebrew launcher wrapper.
