Hacking Rosalina Menu not showing up

Hi,

I just followed all of the instructions on 3ds.guide with all of the links there (I assume they're constantly updated) so I believe that I'm running on the latest versions of boot9strap, godmode, fbi, etc etc. However, when I run Download Play and hit (L) (D) + Select, the Rosalina Menu does not show up. It just stays on the normal download play screen.

Did I do something wrong? This is the finalizing step and due to this, I cannot launch FBI.

Should work then. Make sure to press it at the same time. Other then that, I don't know.

I did try this, too. Nothing's happening.

Luma3DS v#.# configuration is accessed by hold the (SELECT) button right after turning on the 3DS system.

Rosalina menu is opened by pressing the (L)-shoulder + (SELECT) + (DOWN) d-pad button combo while in HOME Menu or playing 3DS games.
