Hacking ROM managers

For a long time I've used OfflineList with Advanscene's DAT. They have had some issues for the last six months with maintainers of the database. So, I was looking around to see if OfflineList is still the best in town for me. I like how it leaves my directory structure alone. I tried a few other ROM managers, but they insisted on moving files from directories and such rather than just renaming them to a certain convention.

What are others' feelings on these programs? Have a different favorite, and why?

As in a program that manages all your ROM's in a directory, renames them and such? That would be very nice to have; I am in the tedious process of renaming and sorting my 250+ DS ROM's by hand X_X
