Hacking Rom Editing

Hi, recently I finally had a dump of my game, Monster Hunter 4 U, decrpted and I got now all the files of it, including the music (refered as VGM), but as I want to hear and edit the track, I can't seem to find anything to play or convert the .MCA files that are those files coded.

I searched a lot and there seems to be just one tool to use named VGMStream that recently got updated to support this format, but for some reason the latest version is nowhere to be found.

I know that there are quite a lot of different formats in the VGM medium, but I really don't know if there is something to play or convert these files.

Anyone knows about someone who can help me with this rom editing? Or may be redirect me to a place where this can be discussed.
