Hacking rockband 3 unknow SD error

I need some help I am trying rockband 3 with configurable usb loader it loads but i get a error when trying to copy content from wii memory to SD card and it gives error "An Unknown error Occurred" any help with this would be great

well i found my problem it turns out the DLC contnet from RB2 on the NAND was corrupt is there away to clear the content completely from the wii and start over? As it is not listed in the Wii data menu
