Can anyone help me. We purchased the Rockband guitar,drums and mic second hand. I didn't need the game Rockband cause I have it on my hard drive already. The problem is it doesn't realize my drum set is connected. The mic and guitar work fine. The little blue ring light around the small drums on the drum keypad is lit up, but it's not working. It's not wireless so it's not outta sync. I've tried hitting every button on the drum keypad and the drums at the start of the game but nothing.(I've also tried this on Rockband 2 and Beatles)
After searching online it recommends that I unplug everything from the USB except the drums(but I can't do this cause my hard drive is plugged into the one port) Do I need to go get the actual rockband DISC and then disconnect the hard drive in order for this to work?
