Hacking RiiVolution disc read error

Greetings gamers! So, I'm having problems with RiiVolution, it won't read any disc on my wii, it always give: DISC READ ERROR. So I decided to try to use on my wii u (vwii) and it can read the disc, but, when I load the mod, (Wii Sports Resort Storm Island) it just gives me a black screen.

Can someone help me?

can you launch the original disk? There's a motion+ video that you must watch 1 time on the console before being able to load the game.

The game without the mod launches normally, the mod just won't launch.

I can't show you anything from my wii, I don't have it in my home, I borrowed it to my cousin.
Maybe because it has a modchip? I don't know...
