Hello

I try to RGH3 Trinity. Updated to 17559, wire the POST and PLL as alwatys.
Connect PICO, read NAND(it show bad block and remap it).
Select Glitch2 RGH3.
Create ECC and write it - after connect console to HDMI - no image at all.
Try to write retail NAND back(select Retail) - it give me RoD some time after green light show(no image) - no any additional wire connected, removed even PICO.

I recheck the wires - all good. I did it before with another console and it work ok, at least it show XELL.
But in this case it seems I lost some key step?

The log from j-runner looks like always:

There might be a short on the Mainboard.

ROD is just an indication for a general fault, You should check the Mainboard if you shorted anything during soldering or unsoldering.

It's important that no cables or RGH chip is soldered to the board in order to boot the Clean Nand image.

If everything looks good try to write your NAND image to your xbox once again because maybe the image wasn't written correctly which also causes ROD.

Checked the board before asking. Not use too many soldering near Motherboard.
The RoD shows only if I try to put the retail NAND back.
If I write XELL with or without wires - it just infinity blinkin green light(open DVD indicator).
I already resolder the wires to PICO - and the result is the same.
The console was even with warranty label, I updated it to 17559 dash(it has 4 GB additioanl board, I just removed it as always).

Retry three of forut time to write back NAND, and read it again: nothing change. I have no idea where to dig.

To be clear, the Console won't boot with Stock NAND image if you have the RGH wires soldered so you have to remove them before attempting to boot the Console.

For Xell the RGH3 wires needs to be soldered in order to boot into Xell.

Removed even the PICO in trying to boot in retail NAND: it green some time and then red.
But SMC_PLL I soldered to FT2V1 (did all by xbox360hub guide ) and with 10k resistor, SMC_POST1 near R3R22.
But with retail NAND I remove all wires, and get the red dot.
Try to recheck again as you suggest earlier - maybe I miss something.
Post automatically merged:

Checked the wire - all noraml, nothing additional. Write original NAND - RoD.
It seems I get this error:
his means the CPU did not handshake with the SMC to get the real time clock info
If the RROD takes about 27 seconds to appear, it is most likely a software issue (CPU Key or LDV mismatch)

  • If you had a bad flash/failed update on the NAND, this could be why you have 0022 now
  • If you wrote to the NAND, it could be a mismatch of the CPU Key or LDVs in the NAND image

But I try to write XELL with image what I have and it not boot at all.
I lost the NAND and now I in big trouble?

UPD: Get other one - Corona - all work: just to confirm my PICO and J-Runner are work properly.

You can Build a Clean NAND by using a Donor NAND but you need at least your KV.

Xell should always work if everything is wired correctly.

It seems I don't have anything - as I suspect I read NAND wrong or mess with it.
But if Xell should load - than I mess with simething additional.
Thank you for help - run to check what I missed .

Add RGH3 to another Trinity and it works from start. But this is still refuse to load.

Some strange issue ,had maybe similar, trinity working perfect RGH muffin with ace v3 was lying ~3-4 years will not boot now with no reason, wanted to converted to rgh3 as have KV and flash content that was created 4 years ago so I started to investigate. Now funny stuff console was not updated or anything for last 4 years or even touched but flash content is different in about half of content from what is loaded 4 years ago, I presume that flash have died in spectacular way as you can hear it glitching but no boot. no xell . Just dead no reason what so ever.
