Reviews on usahotstuff??? (Anyone have experience)

    So here is a quick chain of events and I know alot of these things take some time so im just curious

    Purchase - EZ Flash IV

    Purchase 10/26

    -I emailed 4 days later because it still said pending asking status, no reply but someone came on and

    Accepted My payment 10/30

    - Still no reply via email or order status on their website.
    - I asked them on what looks like their "official" facebook page that was updated 10/30 about a 3DS card, still no reply about my orders status

    Its not like its very hard to either respond via email or fb a quick reply. Its not like they are a 1 man crew putting out thousands of orders each day.

    How long does it usually take for this site?
    Has anyone been screwed over by this site?
    Should I even expect to received my item?
    If not what can i do to get my money back?

    They are one of those sites spamming all over the Handheld forums of various websites. Avoid ordering there.

    First, you should try sending them another email, I always give 3 days to respond to my email before I send them another one and they usually respond pretty quickly on the second one.

    Did you pay by PayPal? Open a dispute with PayPal.
    Did you pay by Credit Card? Contact Visa/MasterCard
    Did you pay by Debit Card? Contact your bank.
    There are always safeguards in place to protect the customer if this happens, so they can get their money back. However it's not a hassle-free solution. You'll likely have to give a lot of details, and it will take a while to get your money back, in the case of debit/credit card. PayPal already has most of the information they need, and since it can all be done online it's easier there.
