Hacking Reversed Top Screen

I have had an odd problem suddenly appear with my DS Lite. I have been using it with a G6 Lite and Flashme v7 for quite awhile now with no hiccups. Recently though, and without provocation, my top screen now displays everything upside-down and reversed... So if I wanna read something comfortably I'd have to flip it over and grab a mirror! It does this immediately on startup and with original games, so I doubt the problem lies in the G6. It could be either that Flashme has suddenly gone bad for some reason or a problem with the DS Lite itself. I can't unflash it atm and check if that fixes it, but I was wondering if anyone at all has heard of this problem occurring before as my searches have turned up nada.

This is not the Testing Area, mind you.

Anyways, thisis an extremely odd bug, but I really doubt it has anything to do with software. You should get your DS replaced ...

Flashme v7 had several DS Lite issues. Grab v8a from http://home.comcast.net/~olimar/flashme/

I honestly think it's a hardware issue rather than a software issue... I don't think FLASHME will help...

Best thing to do is to get it repaired.

Deflashing is dangerous, just flash it with the stealth version.

Yep, try Flashme noauto stealth v8.
If it doesn't fix it, send it in to Nintendo.

Best thing to do is to get it repaired.

The firmware initialises the hardware. If it does it wrong/incorrectly that can happen. Early DS emulators rendered the top screen upside down and reversed.

Did you try standing on your head while playing if that dont work try hanging upside down.
