So Revelations 1 and 2 are on sale for 14 a pop. That being said, I've already played 1(3DS) and 2 (Vita, but the quality of the port was straight fucking garbage. I've never seen such terrible quality, so I quit a quarter way through), but never beat 2. After watching DF do comparisons, they pointed out certain graphical qualities that went missing via the port (flashlight shadows, anti-aliasing, etc...), but I saw another video were some of these qualities were present. I also could not find any solid patch notes for the game online.

So, here are my questions:

1. How is Raid Mode on 2 for the Switch? Is it highly active?
2. How's co-op? The way they did the split screen looks really weird (the boxes aren't equally split and they're off center. It's off putting in pictures and videos. How's it in real life?
3. I saw a video where the flashlight was producing shadows on enemies and thought these were removed. Can anyone confirm this?
4. How are the loading times? I saw that DF did a test, and they were atrocious, almost up to a minute and a half in certain circumstances. Has this been improved, or has anyone noticed any issues with this?

The loading times are pretty bad. I've never played raid mode with random people, but with friends, it's fun.

I spent the full $20 on Revelations 2 and I'm glad I did. It looks and performs surprisingly well, especially for the Switch.

This does make me feel better. I don't know anyone else who owns a Switch, so I suppose I'd have to find people online to play with, but that doesn't sound too terrible. Discord is probably a better implementation than the shitty app VoIP that Ninty has gone with.

Yeah, you could probably find some people on discord somewhere to play with.
