i googled it but couldnt quite find anything like that, but SURELY that has to already exist, right?

you were right, it DOES exist, but sadly not for retrogames.
Maybe actually... we should totally get that going.
We have enough queers here, enough retrogamers, that could be a thing

You could perhaps build your own community based on what you have described.
