Also, do Famicom Disk System games work on RetroArch?

Yes they play perfectly.

Does RetroArch support PC98 And Sharp X68000?

Dont know about PC98 but Sharp X68000 is not supported sadly

Actually both are, no idea if they work on WiiU but there are cores for both of those
As i said in my post above there is no sharp x68000 core for WiiU but i have now found out there is a core for PC98 on the WiiU.

gameboy plays fine, is there a reason you think it wouldn't?
Robopon uses the GB Kiss function, as well as a battery. Using a real remote control, you can use evolve your Robopon.

Can you download and test a copy to see if it works? I'm upstairs for the evening, so I can't find out til tamale.

I played nes snes and genesis perfectly but I couldnt work gba games. which core is the best for gba? and should I use zip files or gba files in rom directory? sorry for my bad english.

Stable 1.7.1
Stable 1.7.1 should work for all cores.
Download the core again, and check that the RPX is both inside /retroarch/cores/mgba_libretro.rpx and/or in /wiiu/apps/mgba_libretro/mgba_libretro.rpx
It should load any .gb, .gbc or .gba file without issue.

Hey, I've had some great help from people on this site with regards getting Retroarch and various cores set up, a really great community here. I have one, well, two, further questions though if I may (if these can be solved, I'm one happy man). I have an issue with the P-UAE Amiga core. I've figured out (thanks to Ploggy) how to play the games, but they don't display correctly, despite my tinkering with aspect ratios in Retroarch. They have a red border down the right side and at the bottom of the screen. Is there a way to get the game to fit the full screen?

Also, does anyone know how to work the ZX Spectrum core, FUSE? I can load the games but have no input control to do anything after that? No buttons work?
