This is a pleasant surprise, hopefully the Snes9x version with Blargg's core will be uploaded; don't get me wrong, but this is a big step :P :grog:

@ShadowOne333 it begins
Fuck yes!
The Dawn of a New Age.
The much deserved Wii U Scene is flourishing! :D

I'm looking forward to what aliaspider brings next in terms of cores. :D
Im just looking forward to NES, SNES, VB, Genesis, Mame, Gameboy/Color/Advance, MSX, N64 and PSX.

Almost nothing :p

Edit:
Holy shit I just saw that almost all the cores I wanted are now up. O.O
Now its just N64 and PSX, and man I can wait a month or two if it becomes a thing. :D

BTW wasnt there like an alpha core for PlayStation on the Wii?
Cant that be used as a base, @LibretroRetroArc ?

Btw I already confirmed for the sound core. It renders difficult games properly, so I assume it's Blargg's.

Already have NES SNES, Gameboy/Color, and MAME
Genesis, MSX and VB I wouldn't think would be too difficult.
N64 and PSX will take some work.

@ploggy Do we put all these emulator .elf files into separate folders or into one big folder? ROMS and Save files same thing?

@VinsCool

Do we need one folder for each app individually or do we place them all into one?
Download from the appstore... it sets up the folders for you :) then put the roms where ever you want on the sd card (you can always set the rompath in the emulator).

Snes9x 2010 has blargg's core though, although we could maybe try snes9x mainline too and see if it still runs at fullspeed. Snes9x mainline is about to get MSU-1 soon too so that could be nice.

I believe its an entry/folder per core.
Why dont you simply use the Appstore to get them?

Sorry, just got back from work and a lot has happened, using app store now.

That would be fantastic, Snes9x 1.54 is about to get MSU-1 as I've been following Github, let me know what you guys do with the main core, but hey, I'm glad this uses Blargg's S-SMP :P

My fucking deities, MSU-1 on my Wii U?!

Is this the real life?!
Is this just fantasy?!

Couple of bugs, nothing major:

ROM folder takes about 1 min to load from SD card
There is slight popping in audio, nothing major, but noticeable, other than that

Holy hell :blink:
