Technically but not really because the core is usually barely fullspeed. So you can enjoy like 80 FPS or such.
Barely fullspeed? Been playing ps1 on switch for years and yet to discover a single problematic game that doesn't run fullspeed with pcsx for me, but may be that's just my pick of games, idk. Yes, it still doesn't have dynarec, but it never bothered me (unlike with mupen back in the days e.g.).

By "barely" i mean there are plenty of games that, in order to avoid any hint of sound crackle, you need at least a mild overclock and to shut off dithering. They don't run slow but there isn't much overhead to speed them up either. Its not like being able to 3-4x speed a genesis game.

This has been my experience with PSOne games on Switch RA as well. I usually bump the CPU OC to 1224.

As for the fast forwarding, it's as you say: it's there, it's just small. Particularly if you're used to the FF speed in SNES (as I am). Thanks for the tip.

Thanks for your answer. The error is : retroarch crash when i launch SC2000.exe and i get back to the switch menu. I downloaded the cd version which contain dos version. I’ll try to install on Windows first as you advise me to do. Have a nice sunday

End of road : i tried to install sim city 2000 on my computer first and then to copy files on switch. But it doesn’t work when i launch simcity exe file with dosbox pure core (retroarch). I get a switch black screen error and i come back to main menu switch. Maybe this game is not compatible with dosbox switch core. Too bad

Hi, anyone tried finalburn neo core in the latest 1.9.1 stable and latest night builds? For me it shows a black screen when trying to load the core. It works fine when i reinstall 1.9.0, but there were lots of new roms added in the latest builds. I´m using SXOS 3.1.0 on 11.0.0.

Try using dosbox svn, and sometimes you need to play with the options... I'll have a look at it later today and see if I can get it working

Is it possible to configure controllers to use port 1 (using the attached joycons) for strictly starting, pausing, picking games? And ports 2-5 for players 1-4? In addition when I leave the joycons connected and add another controller the additional controller also shows up as controller 1 (this is unrelated to RA) can that be changed to always show up as controller 2?
