i have seen Windwaker running on lakka also android im sure there is possible for libretro to run. if ps2 games was ported to switch like Devil may Cry 1,2,3 and Mega Man X series

You do know that Devil May Cry 1 2 and 3 were already ported to Switch right? You don't even need an emulator you can play the real games on Switch. We'll probably never see a PS2 emulator fully playable on Switch.

Add to that the fact that the Switch also has the Megaman Collections, so if that user wants, they could be playing all those games already, no PS2 stuff needed.

Though I dare say I'd love to replay the Silent Hill series on my Switch.

Konami has their head up their ass so I don't count on anything from them. Their CEO supposedly doesn't even like video games or want to make them. I was surprised we got to the Contra and Castlevania Collections, but those are the only good things we've got from them in awhile.

Can you walk me step-by-step on what you did exactly? Every little detail is important.

Well, I was on 1.9.0, but then I copied over retroarch 1.8.9 after deleting all the cores except the flycast one. There isnt much more to it then that.

sadly not to see Neo Contra or Contra - Shattered Soldier but hopefully they do remastered for Switch

I am having sound issues in psx games like Einhander, any way to fix this?
retroarch 1.9.0 with psxRearmed core

Same with FlyCast for dreamcast games

All OpenGL cores are borked since the hack attack last week.
For most of the 3D cores, I suggest staying on 1.9.0 stable until the issue with the RetroArch toolchain is resolved for those.

Goldenen?

In the case I don't want to mix nsp backups and retroarch in the same sd, I assume I just need another SD card and plain install Atmosphere and Retroarch or put Lakka in it and launch from Hekate. Is there any difference between these two methods? Do Retroarch via ATM and Lakka both run at the same performance?
