Quick question I can get Windows 3.1 to load fine on retroarch but when I try boot Windows 95 I have to choose an option in DOS to boot into 95 anyway know a way I can simulate pressing 1 on a keyboard?

Edit the config.sys or autoexec.bat so that it boots Win95 instead of asking for a prompt.

I’m getting “could not extract drive geometry from image. Use parameter -size bps,doc,hpc,cya to specify the geometry. Opening image file: c:/W95.img booting from drive A...”
I don’t know how to fix that

here is my autoexec.bat
"@Echo OFF
SET LMOUSE=C:\MOUSE
LH C:\DOS\KEYB GR,437,C:\DOS\KEYBOARD.SYS
LH C:\DOS\MSCDEX.EXE /D:MSCD001 /M:10
LH C:\WINDOWS\SMARTDRV.EXE /L C- D- 1024 512
SET BLASTER=A220 I7 D1 T4
SET GALAXY = A220 I7 D1 K2 P530 T6
SET SOUND = C:\SGPRO16
PROMPT $P$G
PATH=C:\WINDOWS;C:\;C:\DOS;C:\PKWARE;C:\FPROT
SET TEMP=D:\TEMP
C:\MOUSE\MOUSE.EXE
WIN
"

here is my config.sys
"FILES=30
BUFFERS=30
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\SMARTDRV.EXE /DOUBLE_BUFFER
STACKS=9,256
"

Hey guys !

Sorry if this was already asked or answered.
Is there a way to configure RetroArch to 2 players mode with 1 joycon per player ? Like on the RetroArch switch introduction picture where you can see each joycon acting as a separate controller.

Thank you!

Go into the Settings -> Input and enable Split joycon.
You should also set a new Menu-open key combo

Okay, that is different then.

What is the W95.img file? A floppy disk? A cdrom? A harddrive image?

Either way: https://www.dosbox.com/wiki/IMGMOUNT

That is the info you need.

I have never loaded up a image in dosbox, so I'm not totally familiar with it.

but your config.sys & autoexec.bat are fine, it's just you are probably putting in the wrong command switches on loading W95.img

So basically overclocking from 1ghz to 1.20 will be enough for psx fullspeed?
That is just a small increase what is the reasonable limit which is still safe? 1.50ghz?

No. When it's out everyone will know. There's no need to keep asking. it's been in testing for about 24hrs. Be patient and get a working product.
Ok just checking in. I wasnt sure if it would be front page material, and I didn't want to accidentally miss it as I'll be busy the better part of the day.

What's the best way to instal the official NSP? Just wondering, thanks!

Put the RetroArch nsp in SD:/tinfoil/nsp/
Put the retroarch folder from the official zip package at your SD card root folder /
Launch Tinfoil, install.
Enjoy.
You can also skip the retroarch folder if you have a good WiFi on the switch, it will download the necessary files.

Sorry if it has been answered already but has the N64 core been updated to work with retroarch booting VIA SXos homebrew? Its the only core that crashes on me. All others work perfectly.
