The only version available is in CIA format I think.

You need Gateway/CFW to use .cia Files

im a bit of a n00b when its comes to ds cfw's and what not ..theres no way to get cfws on the new 3ds is there

ahhhh i see ok well guess ill just use the cps 1 and 2 and to play my marvel vs capcoms.. gonna test those out now

All the frontend settings are shared among cores. Only core options and core input remaps are independent

I was thinking of things like the aspect ratio index. That would obviously be problematic if it was shared...

Yes but only if you have a N3DS with 9.2 or below.

Ok Im running pasta on my new 3ds 9.0, does the c stick work with either the cia or 3dsx?

I haven't gotten MvC to work either. Most of the other Marvel capcom games work though.
