Retail Switch won't turn on

Hello there,

I have a V1 Switch (Bought on Release date), but sudenly after christmas it stop working.

I've already try to press the power button for a few seconds, disconnect and reconnect the battery, let it dry and try to charge it again.

The only sign of life it gives is when i put it on the dock to try and charge, the green led blinks for a fraction of a second, then turns off.

The battery seems to be ok as its voltage is ok according to my searches on the forum, so my best bet is probably a short or a dead capacitor.

I feel confortable with open it, and have some soldering skills as well as the tools for measuring the components, but i lack the knowledge to trace the dead component.

Any ideas / suggestions / help?
