A few months ago, I went to grab my Switch, it had no battery, not a single charge, I turned it on by connecting a USB cable to my computer and injecting hekate, then I plugged it into a wall, but after reaching 3% the console shut off and never turned back on, I bought a pair of screwdrivers, I was able to disassemble my console, I checked the console there was liquid? Although the liquid damage stickers were fine? I cleaned it up and the console still did not turn on.
A few days ago, I plugged in the Nintendo Switch for curiosity, injected hekate, and by miracle I got this.
When charging to 3% on hekate, the console shut off and once again did not turn on again. Before that I checked the battery status on hekate and it had a warning sign on capacity? Like, the capacity was the same put then there was "Init?" warning sign. Sadly I took no photo.
What do you think is the issue? For now I'm buying a battery but it will take a while to get to me. (Around 3 months)
I thought it was a board failure but idk the battery was very funny before it got to this point (usually lasting 1 hour) I talked to some repair shops and they tell me it's not a battery problem although most repair shops are BS where I live so I rather fix it myself. I really want this Switch working because it's a V1 model, even though it's a hilariously broken console (joycons disconnect, overheats a fuck ton) it's worth to fix in my opinion, I got so much savedata and there's too much fun to be had.
